Maintenance Engineer/Technician – Mechanical Maintenance

Your responsibilities include:
- Responsible oversight of maintenance management, including budget responsibility and resource planning
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing small- to medium-sized operational projects
- Leading the mechanical maintenance team
- Tracking equipment failures and malfunctions, and identifying and implementing sustainable solutions
- Conducting failure and root cause analyses
- Quality assurance for suppliers and contractors, as well as technical acceptance inspections at suppliers
- Planning, contracting, and monitoring maintenance, repair, and technical modification measures
- Participation in on-call duty
What you bring to the table:
- A successfully completed technical degree (m/f/d) or technical training as a technician (m/f/d), preferably in process engineering or mechanical engineering
- Ideally, three to five years of professional experience in a production-related environment
- Business-level German and fluent English, as well as solid knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Strong cross-functional technical understanding
- Leadership skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to efficiently design complex processes
- Basic understanding of occupational safety, environmental protection, and quality assurance
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
