Your tasks:
- Optimization of production processes with the help of data analysis
- Active participation in investment and strategy projects
- Exchanging data with external service providers for energy, operating resources, and wastewater
- Processing the plant safety concept and risk assessments
- Leading the company suggestion scheme
- Support in achieving USGQ targets, maintaining documents for audits, and assisting with approval procedures
- Long-term development of process expertise across all plant sections
- Deputizing for the plant manager in his absence
- Participation in on-call duty (department head on duty, AvD)
What you bring to the table:
- A degree (diploma/master's) in chemical engineering, process engineering, or environmental engineering
- Understanding of production planning/accounting and business management contexts
- Interest in process and energy monitoring as well as working with PIMS/process data analysis
- Basic knowledge of occupational safety, environmental protection, and plant safety; willingness to actively participate in the safety concept team
- High level of motivation, sense of responsibility, and quick comprehension; structured and analytical approach to work
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; confident written and spoken German, English skills advantageous
- High level of initiative and enthusiasm for continuous improvement, including in the context of investment and strategy projects
