Your responsibilities:
- Project management role for small and medium-sized operational projects, and eventually large-scale projects
- Preparation and revision of concept studies, safety assessments, and request specifications
- Economic feasibility studies & calculations
- Resource planning
- Change management (MoC)
- Tracking of outages & malfunctions, deriving corrective actions
- Fault/root cause analyses
- Handover of completed projects to the operator and ensuring final documentation
- Quality assurance for suppliers and subcontractors, technical acceptance inspections at suppliers
What you bring to the table:
- A successfully completed technical degree, preferably in chemical or process engineering
- Initial experience in project management
- Business-level German and fluent English, as well as solid MS Office/SAP skills
- Strong cross-functional technical understanding
- High level of quality and safety awareness
- Leadership skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to efficiently design complex processes
- Basic understanding of occupational safety, environmental protection, and quality assurance
- Interest in the development and implementation of optimization projects, as well as a willingness to innovate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners
- A meticulous, independent, and dedicated work ethic
- Participation in on-call duty
