Your responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS, as well as support for internal and external audits
  • Reporting, monthly presentation and forecast of results, as well as target-actual analysis
  • Preparation of medium-term planning, including modeling of the income statement, cost center accounting, and liquidity and balance sheet planning (budgeting process)
  • Developing, implementing, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), as well as deriving recommendations for action
  • Supporting senior management as a strategic advisor on all business management issues
  • Preparation of business cases in collaboration with various departments such as Production, Research & Development, and Sales
  • Independent execution of ad-hoc analyses and special projects for various departments

What you bring to the table:

  • A successfully completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on Controlling, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5–7 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in a manufacturing industry
  • In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently
  • A hands-on approach and a strong commitment to excellence
  • Quick learner with an intuitive grasp of numbers, as well as a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP FI/CO, MS Excel, and PowerBI, along with a good understanding of technical workflows and processes
  • Fluency in German and English
